Since 2024, Zenith Partners and members of the management team have been subjected to attacks by a blogger residing in the United Kingdom. To avoid giving this individual undue attention and to treat them with the contempt they deserve, we will not be publicising the links to these blogs.
The blogs were created for commercial gain and crossed the line into malicious communications offences and online threatening behaviour offences under United Kingdom law. Consequently, we reported the individual to the Metropolitan Police, who continue to investigate the matter and the individual’s associates. We will not be making any further comments until those investigations conclude.
